At ZOLAGENCY, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet the expectations and requirements of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Services are Non-Refundable
All purchases of digital services (such as website development, SEO, marketing, or design work) are final and non-refundable once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- If no work has started and the request is made within 24 hours of payment.
- If the service was not delivered at all, and no response was received from our team after repeated contact attempts.
- If there was a clear failure to deliver according to the agreed project scope.
All refund requests are subject to management review and approval.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, any cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed and resources allocated.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our policy. We encourage clients to reach out to Contact US to resolve any billing issues professionally.
